Services:
Oil users: Citizens Energy will provide 1 delivery, up to 100 gallons, of heating oil to qualified applicants. Call 1-877-563-4645 for application. Call for information on completing application.
Gas users: Qualified applicants will receive credit for $150 towards household gas account. Call 1-866-GAS-9918 for application. Leave name and address on answering machine.
Applications for both oil and gas are filled out by telephone.
Application asks for:
- Address
- Number in households and ages
- What is the financial hardship
- Name of oil dealer or gas company
Service hours:
M - F: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. No walk-ins.
Requirements / Restrictions:
Income eligibility will be determined following application.
