Services:

Each Center offers a basic orientation that assists the job seeker in using a number of job-seeking services, including computer-based resources, paper listings, resource libraries, and access to labor market information, resume-writing, interviewing skills.

Individual assistance is also offered for low-income Boston area adults, including business English/ESL and other education. Limited funds are available for job training. Referrals for other problems are given.

Walk-ins are OK but appointments are preferred. There are 32 Centers across the state. Below are four centers.

Some services may be open only to low-income Boston area adults. Check when calling.

Cost:

Most services are free. There may be a cost for some more intensive services.
