Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) seeks to provide access to the highest quality health care for all homeless men, women, and children in the greater Boston area. Services are provided at medical centers, shelters, and on the street.

Services: SPOT Program, Case Management, Community Care in Reach (CCiR) Mobile Addiction Program, Dental Care, Family and Youth Services, Hepatitis C Care, HIV Care, Medical Respite, Mental Health Care, Primary Care, Recovery Services, Street Team, Veterans Services, Women’s Health

Services are provided at the following locations: Barbara McGinnis House, Boston Medical Center, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Casa Esperanza, EMPath, Entre Familia, Family Care Clinic, Finland Clinic, Jean Yawkey Place, Kingston House, Lindemann Mental Health Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, New England Center & Home for Veterans, Pine Street Inn, Rosie’s Place, Southampton Street Shelter, St. Anthony’s Shrine, St. Francis House, St. Mary’s Center for Women & Children, Stacy Kirkpatrick House, Suffolk County House of Correction, Transitions, Women’s Lunch Place, Woods Mullen Shelter, Y2Y Harvard Square.
