Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) seeks to provide access to the highest quality health care for all homeless men, women, and children in the greater Boston area. Services are provided at medical centers, shelters, and on the street.

Services: Patient services offered by BHCHP include case management, primary care, dental services, family and youth services, HIV care, Hepatitis C care, medical respite care, mental health care, recovery services, street outreach team, mobile community care, substance use disorder treatment, Supportive Place for Observation (SPOT Program), women’s health, and veterans services.

 

 

Service hours

Main clinic open Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Evening clinic open until 8:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
