Boston Senior Home Care is a private, non-profit organization that provides case management, service planning, and social support services to low-income individuals who wish to remain in the community but require assistance to do so. The majority of assistance is for individuals over sixty years old but services and support is offered to people as young as sixteen years. Programs and education initiatives are also offered for those serving as caregivers and information about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and controlling chronic disease at any age is available.

M-F 9 am- 5 pm

Requirements & Restrictions

Must be an elder or an individual with disabilities above the age of 16 years of age, or a caregiver.
