- Contains more than 100 units of permanent, affordable housing scattered throughout the South End neighborhood. 24 units are reserved for formerly homeless individuals who stay an average of 8.2 years. The remaining units are reserved for low-income families.
- Urban Farming
- Community and school-based farming partnerships encourage healthy lifestyles, build community, and contribute to healthy and local food access (Thornton Farm in Roxbury, McKinley Garden in the South End)
