On The Rise aims to create a safe and supportive community that fosters self-determination and well-being for women, transgender, and gender diverse individuals experiencing or recovering from homeless. Safe Haven, their day shelter, provides survival needs including private showers, breakfast and lunch, safe spaces, clothing, computers and more.

On the Rise is a low-threshold space – a wet program allowing people to come under the influence. No drugs or alcohol are allowed on the property to keep the space violence free and safe for everyone.
